Book Review – ‘Tremble’ by Giuliana Victoria

Synopsis

Aiyana Kaan is the best friend everyone needs. She’s self-assured, a total badass biomedical engineer, could kill you with her witty comebacks alone, and is loyal beyond measure—sometimes, even to a fault. Will Aiyana finally let herself be happy with the man she’s loved her whole life, or will Kas be destined to continue his weekly therapy sessions in the hopes of finding a solution that sticks?

My Thoughts

‘Tremble’ is the second book in the Philia Players series by Giuliana Victoria.  What I like about these books is that the characters are written in a way that is relatable and people we want to cheer for. What Giuliana did with ‘Tremble’ that is unique is the timeline of this book is right with the timeline of the first book ‘Quiver’.  With that being said you don’t have to read the first book to read ‘Tremble’. They both can be stand-alone books or if you want you can read them book for a series.

The start of this book felt a bit off because the days didn’t flow together and felt cut off from each other.  But once the meat of the book started (seeing Kas and Aiyana together) the book did start to flow very well.  And when it comes to spice Guiliana is a queen at writing it.  ‘Tremble’ is a solid 4 on the Spice Level so make sure to have something to help cool you off when you read this book.  The overall book gets 4 stars from me. The storyline is great, and the characters are just amazing.
