Book Review – ‘Pumpkin Spice & Poltergeist’ by Ali K. Mulford & K. Elle Morrison

My Thoughts

Today is the very first day of Fall and we all have that Pumpkin Spice in hand so of course all we need now is a delightful book.  Well, I have the answer for the book you need to be reading. I was able to pick up ‘Pumpkin Spice and Poltergeist’ by Ali K. Mulford and K. Elle Morrison.  This book has everything you need for the Fall season. We have the classic pumpkin spice, some supernatural stuff (the whole town is perfect for Fall, and you will see why when you read this book), and of course some great romance.

Right from the start I was taken into this story with Jordyn, and it was like I was under a spell and needed to keep reading. (See what I did there?) The romance between Jordyn and Harlow is so cute I couldn’t help but smile at these two and I loved seeing how well they complement one another.  The storyline for them and what they go through was also exciting. It had me guessing and thinking about who could have done what.

Overall, this book is a solid 4 stars from me and for the spice level it’s a 1.  I will warn you this is a Lesbian love story so if that is not your thing you can either skip over a few scenes or the book all together.  In my world love is love and everyone should be able to love who they want so do not leave hate.
